Pre-Fair on the Square THIS Friday!

Pre-Fair on the Square
Downtown Huntsville
Friday, September 30th from 9:00pm -Midnight
Price: $5.00 per person

THIS Friday, is the kick off for the 37th Annual Fair on the Square. There will be live music by local country artist John Slaughter and lots and lots of beer in the beer garden. Don't expect to find any foilage in the beer garden. It is simply a fancy name for a place to find reasonably priced beer, which is always a good thing for beer drinkers! It will be located in the County Annex parking lot on the corner of 14thStreet and University Avenue, behind the Allstate Insurance building.

Parking will be limited, because vendors will be setting up for the bigger Saturday festivities.

The Beadles LIVE @ Lizard's (Fri., Sept. 9)

This Friday, Sept. 9, The Beadles, a Beatles cover band from Houston, will play at Lizard's starting at 10pm. We caught them last time they played Huntsville, and they were a lot of fun. If you don't remember hearing about their last show here, it may be because they played under the name "The Sweetsops" last time. No matter which name they stick with, they'll still provide a few hours of great covers of The Beatles and other 60s bands.

This show is FREE. In fact, there is live music for free every Friday at Lizard's.

To check out The Beadles, click here - or see their Sweetsops page here.

As always, add us on Facebook to keep up with events and info for Hville and the surrounding areas: Click this.
